Creative chef and co-owner Harold Marmulstein is a graduate of the country’s leading cooking school, the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Harold spent nine years with Buckhead Life restaurants 103 West, the Fish Market and Pano’s and Paul’s and six years as executive chef at Baltimore’s top-rated restaurant -- the Polo Grill -- before opening dick and harry’s with his brother Richard.
